Bio:
Geanpaul Ojeda is a Case Manager Coordinator with the St. Lucie County Disaster Recovery Coalition, housed under United Way of St. Lucie & Okeechobee. A bilingual public service professional, he brings experience across legal assistance, higher education programming, community research, and local government operations. Before joining United Way, Geanpaul supported immigrant families at a New York City law firm, led pre-college programming at Columbia University, and assisted civic engagement and policy initiatives within the City Manager’s Office of Port St. Lucie.
Born to Ecuadorian immigrants and raised in New Jersey and Florida, Geanpaul is driven by a commitment to equity, accessibility, and community resilience. He holds a B.A. in Politics from New York University, where he is completing his Master of Public Administration through the accelerated BA-MPA program. In his role, he supports disaster-impacted households, connecting families to essential resources and long-term recovery pathways.
