Stephanie Kingsbury is an accomplished nonprofit executive with a strong record of increasing mission impact through strategic leadership, fundraising innovation, and community engagement. With expertise in resource development, stakeholder relations, and operational management, Stephanie inspires diverse teams to deliver measurable success and long-term sustainability.

Known for fostering collaboration with donors, partners, and volunteers, Stephanie combines data-driven strategies with a passion for service to advance organizational goals and strengthen community impact. She has led major fundraising growth and engagement initiatives at nationally recognized organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity in Indian River County, where she doubled annual revenue to $3 million and doubled the organization's donor base through expanded digital and multi-channel marketing strategies.

Stephanie also has managed donor and sponsor relations at Women Corporate Directors Foundation, Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, and at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, where she elevated donor engagement to over 70 percent.  Now serving as Executive Director of Mustard Seed Ministries, Stephanie oversees programs that provide food, housing, and essential aid to St. Lucie County families in need, continuing a career defined by purpose, innovation and impactful community change.
